TERMS OF USE

These Terms govern closed testing of AlphaOmega and set the minimum rules for using member profiles, discovery, matching, and messaging.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 19 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and use accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account.

2. Consent

A profile, preference, interest, match, message, label, or compatibility result never establishes consent. Consent must be specific, informed, freely given, reversible, and confirmed for every interaction.

3. Your content and conduct

You may share only content you have the right to use. You may not post illegal, exploitative, deceptive, non-consensual, threatening, harassing, hateful, pornographic, or sexually explicit content; content involving a minor; private information without permission; or commercial sexual solicitation.

4. Moderation and safety

AlphaOmega may review, restrict, reject, preserve as safety evidence, or remove content and accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Standards. Use in-app reporting and blocking for safety concerns. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

5. Member interactions

AlphaOmega does not guarantee identity, intentions, compatibility, background, or conduct. Use your judgment, protect personal information, meet in public when appropriate, and stop an interaction whenever you feel unsafe.

6. Account deletion

You may permanently delete your account in the app. Account deletion removes account data except limited records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or moderation-audit purposes, as disclosed in the final Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and contact

Material policy changes will require acceptance of a new version before continued use. Questions and safety reports may be sent to support@alphaomegabdsm.com.
