PRIVACY POLICY
Updated September 1, 2026
This policy explains the information handled during AlphaOmega closed testing, why it is used, and the controls available to members.
Information you provide
AlphaOmega processes account information, profile details, photos, optional videos, identity and orientation labels, dynamics, positions, intentions, visibility choices, messages, interests, blocks, reports, appeals, notification preferences, and support communications that you choose to provide. Your full birth date is checked on your device for declared-age eligibility and is not stored by AlphaOmega.
Sensitive profile information
Profile choices may reveal sensitive information about identity, orientation, relationships, and sexual interests. Your selected visibility controls where your profile can appear, but approved profile information you make discoverable may be seen by other eligible members. Private messages are available only to conversation participants and authorized safety operations when necessary to investigate a report or meet legal obligations.
How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, save profiles, review media, provide discovery and compatibility signals, create mutual matches and conversations, deliver privacy-safe notifications, enforce blocks and safety rules, investigate reports and appeals, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain service reliability.
Service providers and disclosure
AlphaOmega relies on contracted infrastructure providers for authentication, database and private-media storage, notifications, app distribution, and operational security. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect a person from serious harm, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a legally permitted business transaction. AlphaOmega does not sell member profile information.
Storage, security, and retention
AlphaOmega uses access controls, private storage, encrypted connections, protected device storage where supported, and audit records intended to limit unauthorized access. No service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only as needed to operate the service, protect members, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Final retention periods require legal review before public launch.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit visibility and profile choices, block members, manage notification preferences, remove a synced cloud profile, or permanently delete your sign-in account in the app. Account deletion removes member data except limited, minimized safety, fraud-prevention, security, or moderation-audit records that must be retained. Contact support if you cannot access the in-app controls.
Adults only and contact
AlphaOmega is the developer and service named in this policy. AlphaOmega is not for anyone under 19. If you believe a minor has accessed the service or appears in content, report it immediately. Privacy and account-data questions may be sent to support@alphaomegabdsm.com.
