SUPPORT

How can we help?

Account access, privacy, moderation, accessibility, and safety support are available during closed testing.

Immediate danger

AlphaOmega is not an emergency service. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Use Block and Report in the app when it is safe to do so.

Account and privacy help

Members can change notification and visibility settings, remove a cloud profile, and permanently delete an account from the profile screen. If you cannot sign in or reach those controls, contact support.
