Delete your AlphaOmega account

You can permanently delete your sign-in account and associated member data from the app. If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, you can request help by email.

Delete inside the app

1. Sign in and open your profile.

2. Scroll to “Delete sign-in account.”

3. Review the warning, type DELETE, and confirm permanent deletion.

Cannot access the app?

Email support from the address associated with your AlphaOmega account. Support may need to verify account ownership before completing a request.

Email support@alphaomegabdsm.com with the subject “AlphaOmega account deletion request.”

What deletion removes

Deletion removes authentication, profile content, private media, matches, messages, reports, notifications, device registrations, and active sessions. Limited minimized safety, fraud-prevention, security, or moderation-audit records may be retained when necessary, as described in the Privacy Policy.
